D'Artagnon is by our imported Donnerhall son Der Graf, out of the Le Mode daughter Leda, and we think he's truly inherited the best of both parents.

An absolute knockout, both standing and moving, D'Artagnon scored an amazing 8.6 overall at his keuring, for a top Gold Premium, and tied for #2 colt in the nation, 2011 RPSI tour. He scored 9 on movement -- see him in motion and you'll understand why. This elegant colt moves always uphill, with innate suppleness and swing. He's balanced, leggy, incredibly typey in his face and powerful in his conformation. Watching this young stallion prospect move will take your breath away.

SF D'Artagnon is one of the best colts we've produced. We're proud of his damline -- Leda is out of our grand old mare Summit Peak, who has produced two stallions, as well as her most famous offspring, the Grand Prix star Sympa, a Zweibrucker mare by the Holsteiner stallion Sabotage, ridden by Daniel Geitner.

This colt is truly a top prospect for dressage or the jumper ring, and we would be very excited to see him shown in the FEI young horse classes, with an eye toward the Bred in the USA awards. This colt will excel in the show ring, and has the quality and genetics to breed later. His potential is huge, and the promise of his genetics unmistakeable.
