 Jewel
1997 RPSI mare by Meisterwind out of True Reception xx.
Jewel is an elegant black Rheinland Pfalz-Saar mare with four even white socks and a star, standing 16 hands. She is by the FEI Trakehner stallion Meisterwind,
out of the 16 hand TB mare Jade (reg. name True Reception), who is one of my very good producers for dressage movement. Jewel is one of the best moving mares I have ever produced. She has natural
suspension and float, amazing fluidity in her joints, and can sit down into a pirouette in play. What an athlete! She is sweet,
curious and sensitive, and her trainability is excellent. As a broodmare, Jewel
produced the top-scoring RPSI colt in the country in 2004 -- Der Maestro, by Der Graf, scored an
amazing 8.6 overall, as well as a silver premium foal, Signet, her first time as a mother. Jewel was also
overall grand champion in hand at the 2000
South Dakota State Fair sporthorse show. Jewel is bred to our Donnerhall son Der Graf for a July 2005 foal, and
this will certainly be one of the most anticipated of the 2005 foals -- and likely to be black as well!
