Leda
2003 Bay Rheinland Pfalz-Saar mare. Private Treaty
Bred to perform, this filly is your perfect choice if you are looking for a top quality prospect to show and then
breed. This filly is a top jumper prospect -- in her free jumping Leda shows impressive scope -- not only is she tight in front, she's clever
as a cat with her hind legs too, and snappy and round over the top... And she's a brilliant enough mover to excell in the dressage ring!
Leda scored an impressive 8.2 overall, for FIRST PREMIUM status, at her 2003 RPSI keuring. The judges complimented
her type and conformation as ideal, and her movement as characterized by much energy, and swing. Leda is by Le Mode, the reserve champion of the 2001 stallion approvals in Zweibrucken, Germany,
and her dam is Summit Peak, a former jumper mare by Galoubet.
Leda shows the quality of her breeding in every step she takes -- she's lovely to
look at, with solid conformation, and she's light as air and graceful as a cat in her movement. This filly has
the athletic ability, jumping style and bloodlines to go all the way to the top in the jumpers. Leda is started under saddle lightly and ready to go on. Call for more information.
NEW -- Leda was Mature Mare Champion at her first USDF Breeder's Series show July 21st and 22nd. She's also confirmed in foal to Der Graf for a May, 2008 foal!
