This super moving colt comes from some of the world's best performance bloodlines. His sire, Der Graf, is by the world famous Donnerhall, and out of an own daughter of Pik Koenig. He is proving to be an outstanding sire, as well as an extremely promising competitor in dressage. Deo's dam, Solidarity, was a junior event horse, and is a daughter of the world famous jumper sire Galoubet. We've had very good luck with this cross before, from our very special old mare, Summit Peak, by Galoubet. We are pleased with how Deo and his 3/4 cousin Darius look and move - these colts will go on to sport careers for sure.

Deo is a handsome, big bay colt with a beautiful head, correct, leggy conformation, and a curious, mellow and outgoing personality. New things just interest him -- almost nothing scares him. He'll be a real joy to train and show. And wait until you see him move! His suspension and swing are impressive in the trot, and he's elastic and uphill as well in the canter, with a huge stride. His walk has swing and overstep and looks like the walk of a real athlete. It's hard to decide whether we should point him toward a dressage or jumper career...
