Cute as a Crayola crayon... with movement to rival one of our big guys! From a champion-producing former children's hunter mare and by the imported Welsh section A stallion Glenniant Shane, Periwinkle promises to be a top large pony hunter.

Periwinkle looks like a super child's or small adult's hunter pony in the making. Periwinkle is bred to succeed in the show ring. This 2 year old pony gelding really jumps well -- he's snappy and round free jumping, and he has the look of a pony who will win on the line as well. He has a pretty, flat-kneed, floaty trot and big stride in the canter. Plus, with the wide blaze and four even socks, he's hard to overlook!

Periwinkle is eligible for Half-Welsh or RPSI papers. We expect him to mature to a top of the line Medium. He's a pet in the stall, been handled by a seven year old, and started in his ground work and tack. Watch this page for a video link - coming soon!
