Di Saronno is a big, powerful mover with excellent elasticity and swing. He has a big overstep in the walk, a huge floating trot and an uphill, balanced canter. He shows potential for the dressage or hunter/jumper ring.
Di Saronno descends from a tradition of athletic, rideable, sport horses. His dam, Arany, was imported from Hungary as a jumper, but she also excelled in the hunter and dressage ring before retiring as a broodmare. She can be handled by anyone -- truly an amateur's horse. Di Saronno is following in the traditions of his pedigree - this is a seriously talented, as well as elegant, young gelding. He's very well grown and leggy, powerful yet graceful and free in his movement.
Di Saronno stands 16.2 hands at two years of age and looks to mature to 16.3 - 17 hands. He is easy to handle on the ground, stands for farrier, grooming and baths, and is good in the trailer. Please email or call for more information.
